Robert is a Zealous Advocate for His Clients
Prior to his complex civil litigation experience, Robert protected victims’ rights as a state prosecutor. There, he represented the interests of the nearly 40 million citizens of the state of California to prosecute crimes including illegal firearms, domestic violence, and sexual assault. While there, Robert was also part of groundbreaking diversion programs focused on rehabilitating those suffering from issues of mental health, poverty, and drug addiction.
Robert’s Experience
Regardless of the size of the client, Robert’s experience has taught him that many legal challenges people and companies face can be resolved without litigation. His trial experience in particular has given him a unique lens that equips him to not only solve clients’ problems, but anticipate them.
