- Format
- Single mediator or co-mediation
- Matters
- Business, employment, injury, harassment
- Sessions
- In person in Los Angeles · remote nationwide
- Posture
- Neutral. We do not represent either side.
Our distinctive co-mediation approach brings two experienced mediators to the table, combining complementary perspectives, skill sets, and problem-solving styles.
This collaborative model allows us to assess legal, financial, business, and human dynamics simultaneously, identify the real obstacles to resolution, and work with both sides toward durable outcomes.
Co-mediation model
Two mediators at every session. Complementary perspectives let us read the legal, financial, business, and human dynamics at once.
High-stakes experience
Business and shareholder disputes, employment matters, catastrophic injury claims, and sensitive sexual assault and harassment cases.
Practical resolution
We prepare thoroughly, engage directly with the obstacles, and stay persistent when resolution demands creativity, patience, and candid evaluation.
Matters we mediate.
Business and shareholder disputes
Ownership conflicts, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and fractured partnerships. We help parties evaluate risk and structure exits that preserve value.
Employment and workplace matters
Wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation disputes. Mediation allows parties to resolve sensitive issues without public exposure.
Catastrophic injury and insurance
High-exposure personal injury claims and coverage disputes. We work to align the parties on realistic values and durable settlement terms.
Sexual assault and harassment
Trauma-informed mediation for survivors and institutions. We prioritize safety, confidentiality, and a process designed to reduce re-traumatization.
Before you book a date
- What does mediation cost?
- Fees depend on the matter, the number of parties, and whether you engage one mediator or the co-mediation team. We quote a flat session rate in writing before any date is held. [REVIEW: confirm session rate and any half-day/full-day split.]
- How long does it take?
- Most matters resolve in a single full-day session. Complex multi-party disputes may need a second date, which we schedule at the end of the first.
- What if the matter does not settle?
- Nothing said in mediation follows you into litigation. We are neutral, we do not represent either side, and we never take the case afterward.
