No Attorney-Client Relationship from Website

Use of this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only established when you have signed an engagement letter with ELS and we have agreed to represent you.

Confidentiality

Information you submit through our website before becoming a client is not protected by attorney-client privilege. Do not submit confidential information through our website contact forms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Elite Legal Strategy and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Membership advisory services, including subscription-based legal access and operational counsel programs, are provided by ELS Membership Services LLC. The two entities operate independently, and engagement with one does not constitute engagement with the other unless specified in writing.
